It's not just the person with Autism, ADHD or AuDHD that is living with it. It's also the people around them that they share their lives with. Our experts are also parents, partners and caregivers to neurodiverse people, so we get it.
Our support and guidance is for everyone, and having somebody that you can reach out to who understands the complexities and challenges (and rewards!) of sharing life with a neuro-different person, can make a world of difference.
If you’re parenting, caring for, or living with a neurodivergent child or adult, it can sometimes feel like you’re constantly firefighting or second guessing yourself. You’re not doing anything wrong. It’s just that the usual advice doesn’t always fit, and it’s exhausting trying to piece it all together on your own.
That’s where we step in. Whether it’s through online workshops, webinars or personal 1-to-1 sessions, we’ll give you practical strategies that actually work day-to-day, plus the reassurance that you’re not alone in this.

We can help with things like:
Understanding meltdowns and shutdowns (and what really helps);
Supporting anxiety and big emotions;
Building routines that work for your child;
Finding ways to look after yourself and the rest of the family too.
Working with schools and navigating tricky conversations;

You won’t get judgment or a list of “shoulds” here. Instead, it’s about helping you feel more confident, calmer, and clearer about what your child or partner needs (and what you need too).
Before support:
Most clients tell us they feel tired, stuck, alone, judged, and unsure if they are making the right decisions.
After support:
They feel heard, understood, and better equipped to handle the ups and downs. It’s that relief of realising, “Okay, we can do this. It doesn't have to be perfect”
Our 1-to-1 sessions typically last one hour and are held on Zoom video calls, usually once a week but we can go at your pace. We can schedule appointments during the day, evenings and weekends, making it flexible enough for you to fit your session in when you've got a moment in your life to stop and breathe. We operate a strict code of conduct concerning your confidentiality in line with other UK health service providers.
Whatever your situation and no matter whether you're looking for clarity and guidance on something specific, or you're feeling like it's all getting too overwhelming, we're here to help. Please get in touch for more information or to book an appointment.

We run a regular series of online workshops and also have videos and resources which cover a wide variety of neurodiversity topics to educate and guide you. Click the link for more details:
