Rise As We Are is a neurodivergent-led non-profit organisation supporting Autistic individuals and those with ADHD and AuDHD, as well as their families and caregivers.
We're thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of our brand new exciting project - our online community for neurodivergent adults and the families and caregivers of neurodivergent people.
We're just days away from welcoming you in, and here is your opportunity to find out more, join our waiting list, receive a special discount and be amongst the first to get access when we go live.
Membership of the Rise As We Are Community costs just £5.99/month.
But you can get FREE membership for your first month by joining our waiting list before our official launch.
Simply fill out the form with your contact details and we'll update you with our launch date, news about our events, how to access the community and your founding member discount.
Sharing this page with your neurodivergent friends and family would help to spread the word and build this community into a vibrant space for everyone to benefit from and enjoy.
The more members that join, the more support we can provide to those that need it.

We've teamed up with Heartbeat - the community platform that allows us to deliver our services to our neurodivergent members in one easy to access and convenient place.
And because Heartbeat has so many cool features, we've been able to develop even more exciting ideas, offering community members more helpful and supportive content, more safe spaces, and opportunities to connect with other people just like you.
Here's what our community will be offering its members:

One platform with several chatrooms to safely discuss all things neurodiverse and more. Socialise, make friends, offer and receive peer-support and encouragement with like-minded people.

Our Autism, ADHD and AuDHD specialists will be on hand every day to provide expert advice, guidance and solutions when you need it. And it's not all about work - we're here for the fun too!

Our neurodiversity experts will be hosting regular webinars on a wide variety of topics, with occasional guest speakers too. And with online Q&A sessions, Challenges, Craft Club and more, there's something for everyone.

Members receive subsidised prices for our workshops, where our Autism, ADHD and AuDHD specialists teach key neurodivergent and lifestyle topics with take-away strategies that you can benefit from.

We've also created quieter chatrooms for women, men and our LGBTQ+ members to connect, discuss and explore more sensitive topics without any judgement and away from the wider community.

We're developing a large collection of useful information on neurodiversity and lifestyle topics, with a search feature to help you quickly find what you're looking for. And our helpful webinar content will be archived too.

Safety of all members is our top priority. The community will be moderated by our trained and dedicated team, and our Code of Conduct helps to ensure we can all enjoy and benefit from the experience.

A key component of our community is our goal - we want to help neurodivergent people and their families embrace their differences, manage or even overcome their challenges, and celebrate their achievements.
When you're living with a neuro-difference, life can be frustrating and full of challenges. We're neurodivergent ourselves so we completely get it.
And we know that getting the help and support you really want can be difficult. Even more so if you have anxiety, depression, OCD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, Tourette's, PDA, ODD, addictions...
Getting information is one thing, but if it doesn't work for who you are and the way your brain is uniquely wired, you're pretty much left on your own to figure it all out.
But this is where Rise As We Are aim to make a difference. We want to give you factual information, advice that really helps, guidance that really works. And most of all give you the on-going support and encouragement to learn, develop and succeed.
You don't need to have an official diagnosis to receive our support. If you identify as having a neuro-difference, or you're exploring the possibility, that's good enough for us. And if you're a parent, partner or caregiver to a neurodivergent person, we can support you too. So long as you're 18 years old or above, you're more than welcome to join us.
We are who we are, but with the right support we can all Rise As We Are!
