We are a neurodivergent-led organisation supporting Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and otherwise neurodivergent children, young people, adults and families to feel more understood and less overwhelmed.

Our aim is simple. We want neurodivergent people to feel proud of who they are. And we want the people around them to feel more confident in how to support them.

About Us

Rise As We Are is a Community Interest Company (CIC) - a non-profit company that reinvests any profits we make back into providing services to support our community. We believe that every neurodivergent person deserves the opportunity to thrive in life, and financial constraints and long waiting lists should not create a barrier to accessing professional support and guidance when it’s needed.

Our Core Functions

Our services provide vital roles in supporting, guiding and educating people about neurodiversity, and build awareness and skills to help our community flourish. Everything we do is practical, neuro-affirming and grounded in real life and evidence based practice.

Personal and Family Support

We provide mentoring and coaching services to people of all ages living with a neuro-difference. We also support parents, partners and caregivers to assist them in better understanding the people they share their lives with.

Education and Awareness

We offer online workshops, webinars and video courses to provide learning and solutions to the challenges faced by living with a neurodivergent disability.

Schools and Businesses

We work with schools and businesses to educate and support them and their students or employees, to ensure neurodivergent people can thrive in the classroom and the workplace.

Community

Our community groups provide a safe space for neurodivergent people and their families to socialise, support and learn alongside like-minded people.

The team behind Rise As We Are are dedicated and passionate about all aspects of neurodiversity. We are neurodiverse ourselves, and combine our professional and lived-experience to what we do.

We hold Enhanced DBS Certificates, and are committed to our continual learning by undertaking many hours of CPD Certified training each year.
