By neurodivergent people, for neurodivergent people.
Support that understands you, celebrates you, and helps you thrive.
We support Autistic, ADHD, AuDHD and otherwise neurodivergent children, young people, adults and families to feel more understood and less overwhelmed.
Every neurodivergent person deserves to feel proud and confident in who they are. Too many of us struggle with the day-to-day challenges of life. Too many of us only get help when we’ve already reached breaking point. Too many people and families are left feeling confused, overwhelmed and isolated.
We’re here to change that - to notice sooner, to listen better, and to build the kind of support that actually works.
It is never about fixing people. We embrace difference, celebrate identity and create a space where we can all rise, just as we are.
Rise As We Are offer a number of support services developed specifically for people of all ages living with Autism, ADHD and AuDHD (a combination of both Autism and ADHD). We also assist people and organisations that live with, teach or employ a neurodivergent person.
We provide a wide range of knowledge and guidance in workshops and videos as part of our online learning service. And our community provides the perfect 'safe space' for neurodivergent people and their families to socialise, benefit from peer-support, and access professional guidance.

Our online community is a simple way to connect with like-minded people and professional experts, and get accessible support in a safe space. This is designed for neurodivergent people, and parents, partners and carers who want regular, flexible help at very affordable prices.
"Carly is an incredible and trusted advocate and speaker for our autism events. Her approach is thoughtful, person-centred and she is able to bring her own lived experience to her talks, which ensures that the audience really engages with the practical advice and strategies she shares."
Kate (Organiser of the Autism & ADHD Shows)
"Getting to work with Carly has been great so far, she has allowed me to feel understood and heard, but at the same time I feel like I have learnt so much about the neurodivergent experience. She provides a safe space where I feel open to discuss my struggles and concerns, and she is very good at being proactive and helping me think about strategies."
Amelia (AuDHD adult)
"The mentoring sessions have been incredible and I am so thankful that we came across Carly. My 10 year old daughter loves her sessions. They have helped her to move from being VERY upset and angry about her autism diagnosis, to now embracing her autistic identity. Carly is an excellent role model for my daughter and her teaching background shines through in the way she structures the sessions."
Becky (Mum of 10 year old Autistic child)
