Supporting educators and organisations

How can we help?

We work with schools and organisations to make things more inclusive and workable for neurodivergent people.

We're not here to judge or say you’re doing anything wrong. We know how hard everyone is working, often with limited resources and a never-ending to-do list.

What we offer is fresh ideas, practical strategies that actually work day-to-day, and support with compliance and processes where you need it.

Because we’re neurodivergent ourselves and have plenty of real-world, professional and academic experience, we truly understand what makes a difference.

We're there to help your team feel more confident and make your setting a better place for everyone.

Training for schools and educators

If you work with neurodivergent children or young people, you already know that the usual “one-size-fits-all” approach just doesn’t work. You'll also know that education settings are full of passionate people wanting to do their very best, but they are frustrated and deflated by poor funding and lack of resources.

Our training helps your staff feel more confident, better equipped, and ready to support students in a way that truly works for them (and doesn't cost the earth or even more hours spent with the laminator).

We can cover things like:

✔ Understanding autistic and ADHD profiles
✔ Supporting students through anxiety, burnout, and big emotions
✔ Reducing exclusions and improving attendance through real-world strategies
✔ Creating classrooms where neurodivergent students feel safe and able to learn
✔ Working with families and involving students in decisions about their support

✔ Bespoke 1-1 or small group mentoring packages for autistic and ADHD students, tailored to individual needs and interests
✔ Staff training and coaching tailored to individual student needs

✔ Sensory audits and learning walks

Staff leave our sessions saying they feel less overwhelmed, clearer about what to do, and ready to try things that will make a positive difference to the children and young people they support.

Training for businesses and organisations

Neurodiversity isn’t just about schools...remember, we grow into adults!

Neurodivergent people often have unique strengths, interests and passions, and when they are supported, they become great employees. Workplaces and teams benefit hugely when they understand it too.

Whether you’re looking to support neurodivergent staff, improve inclusion, offer parenting support as part of your staff package, or simply learn more, we’ll give you the tools to make real change.

We can help with:

Neurodiversity awareness and inclusion training - helps teams understand different thinking styles, break down stigma, and work more effectively together.

Practical support strategies - simple adjustments that make a big difference for staff and create workplaces where everyone can succeed.

Policy, recruitment and retention advice - ensures processes are fair, inclusive, and designed to attract and keep diverse talent.

Culture change for thriving, not coping - moves beyond “ticking a box” to creating environments where neurodivergent employees feel valued, understood, and able to do their best work.

1:1 or small group mentoring for neurodivergent employees – supporting social communication, workplace confidence, executive functioning, belonging and wellbeing.

Together, these steps create a workplace where neurodivergent employees feel understood, supported, and able to thrive. This benefits both your people and your organisation.
